The content provided on this page represents the official Terms & Conditions (“T&C”) of The Royal Touch. By booking, purchasing, or interacting with our services in any way, you acknowledge that you’ve read, understood, and agreed to all outlined policies.

 

These Terms exist to protect both our clients and our team of licensed therapists, ensuring every interaction is built on clarity, fairness, and integrity. Please read this document carefully.

Terms of Service

All services offered by The Royal Touch are by appointment only. We do not accept walk-ins.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason that does not violate applicable laws. Use of our website, booking system, services, or content must be lawful and appropriate.

Payment & Pricing

All payments are due in full at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices for services, memberships, gift cards, and promotional packages are subject to change without prior notice. However, once booked, your rate is locked in.

Accepted payment methods include credit/debit cards, gift cards, and select digital payment processors.

Cancellations, No-Shows, and Late Arrivals

Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details, but key conditions are as follows:

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled session are non-refundable.

  • No-shows are billed in full and cannot be rescheduled without repayment.

  • Late arrivals may result in a shortened session but are still charged the full amount.

 

All clients agree to these terms when booking online or through our concierge.

Gift Cards & Prepaid Services

Gift cards and prepaid services are non-refundable once redeemed or if the appointment is canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice.

Unused packages may be eligible for transfer or service credit upon written request 24+ hours in advance.

Health & Safety Disclaimer

Our therapists are licensed professionals, but massage therapy is not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Clients with medical concerns should consult a physician prior to scheduling.

By booking, you affirm that you are in proper physical condition to receive massage therapy and will disclose any relevant health information before the session begins.

Privacy & Confidentiality

All client information, including health history and contact details, is treated as confidential. We do not sell or share client data with third parties.

Your privacy is important to us, and we operate in full compliance with HIPAA-related best practices for wellness providers.

Modifications to Terms

The Royal Touch reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted here and will apply to future interactions.

 

Your continued use of our services after such updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
