Refund Policy

At The Royal Touch, we take pride in delivering a personalized, high-quality wellness experience. To ensure fairness for both our clients and our therapists, the following refund policy applies to all booked services:
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only available for services canceled at least 24 hours in advance of the scheduled appointment time. This 24-hour window allows us to honor our therapists' time and offer openings to other clients seeking care.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
🔹 Cancellations with Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice
Appointments canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time are non-refundable and will be charged the full service amount. This amount must be paid before any future bookings.
🔹 No-Shows
Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice is considered a no-show and is non-refundable. The full session fee will apply.
🔹 Late Arrivals
Arriving late to an appointment may result in a shortened session to avoid delays for the next client. Regardless of the remaining time, the full service fee will still apply, and no refunds will be issued for unused time.
Prepaid Services and Packages
All prepaid sessions, packages, and gift cards are non-refundable once redeemed or if canceled within 24 hours of the appointment.
Unused packages may be eligible for credit or transfer if requested more than 24 hours in advance. Please contact us directly to review your case.
Exceptional Circumstances
In rare cases involving verified emergencies or unforeseen events, The Royal Touch may, at its sole discretion, offer a credit or partial refund.
All such requests must be submitted in writing via email within 48 hours of the missed appointment.
